Introductions, opportunity listings, and profile reviews do not guarantee work, credit, certification, regulatory compliance, or contract performance. Members must independently review project terms, buyer legitimacy, licenses, insurance, and legal requirements.
Accurate business information
Provide current, accurate information and do not impersonate another firm, misuse contacts, submit unlawful content, or access another member’s private records. Only authorized staff can mark a profile verified.
Fees and agreements
Membership pricing, sponsorships, events, advisory fees, and any proposed success fee must be disclosed and agreed separately in writing. No payment or recurring enrollment is enabled here.
Communications
Use the workspace for professional business communications. Marketing permission does not authorize unrelated solicitation or resale of contact data.
