Information you choose to share
We collect contact inquiries, business profiles, certification descriptions, project details, event registrations, introduction requests, and private messages that you submit. Google sign-in requests basic identity information, not access to your Gmail inbox.
How we use it
We use information to manage membership, review readiness, facilitate introductions, respond to inquiries, organize events, and maintain service security. Access is limited to the record owner and authorized staff, except for optional published business profiles.
Marketing and location
Marketing updates are optional. Business-directory publication and approximate city/region analytics each require a separate opt-in in your profile. We do not request GPS location. Login timestamps are recorded for service security; city/region information is included only with analytics consent. We do not sell personal information or embed advertising trackers.
Your choices
Update consent preferences in your member profile. To access, correct, export, or request deletion of information, send a private message to the team or call us. Staff can export only opted-in marketing contacts through the marketing export. Email campaigns remain unavailable until sending-domain and unsubscribe configuration are verified.
Retention and security
Information is retained while needed for the relationship, service security, and applicable obligations. Staff should review dormant records and removal requests regularly. Database access rules separate user records. No online service can promise absolute security.
Before launch
The business must confirm its legal operator details, service providers, retention schedule, and privacy contact before accepting public registrations.
